Construction Industry and Health and Safety Courses

Griffin College also offers a wide rage of accredited courses in property management, lighting design, fire safety, health and safety, and hazardous substances safety / COSHH, security management, contracts and contract management, procurement management, energy management, utility management, energy conservation, sustainability, environmental protection, space management, project management, safe movement and manual handling, safety supervisor, fire warden, in partnership with the Engineers Ireland, ILM at City & Guilds, and Highfield ABC. Health and Social Care Courses

Griffin College offers a range of certified Health and Social Care courses for careers working with Adults, People with Learning Disabilities, and People with Dementia in partnership with the NCFE. We also run health and safety courses for Carers in partnership with Highfield ABC.

IT Teacher Training / Train the Trainer Courses

Griffin College offers the certified ICT Teacher's Diploma Train the Trainer course in partnership with EDI (part of Pearsons). The course was formerly known as the JEB ICT Teacher's Diploma course, and is recognised by FAS and the VEC sector for adult IT education. We also offer the Unit Certificate course certified by the ILM at City & Guilds in Developing Yourself and Other. In partnership with the EDI we offer the Certificate in Teaching ICT Skills, the Certificate in Principles of Teaching and Learning, the Certificate in Using a VLE in Teaching and Learning, Certificate in Using Technology in Teaching and Training, and the Certificate in Technology in Learning Delivery.
